Terms and Conditions of the “2+1” Promotion at selfish.com.pl

§1. General Provisions

The organizer of the promotion is the online store available at www.selfish.com.pl.

The promotion is conducted via the online store at https://selfish.com.pl.

These terms and conditions define the rules for participating in the “2+1” promotion and constitute an integral part of the store’s Terms and Conditions.

Promotion period: from 02/07/2025 to 06/07/2025 or while stocks last.

§2. Promotion Rules

The “2+1” promotion means that when purchasing three products covered by the promotion, the customer will receive the cheapest of them free of charge.

The entire store assortment is included in the promotion, unless otherwise indicated in the product description.

To benefit from the promotion, the customer must add at least three products to the cart and complete the purchase during the promotion period.

The discount is calculated automatically in the cart — the value of the cheapest product will be deducted from the total order amount.

The promotion cannot be combined with other discounts, promotional codes, or sales active at the same time, unless the Organizer decides otherwise.

The promotion does not cover shipping costs.

§3. Complaints and Returns

Complaints related to the promotion may be submitted in accordance with the complaint procedure described in the store’s Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a partial return of the order, if the customer no longer meets the conditions of the promotion (e.g., returns two products but keeps the third for free), the organizer has the right to recalculate the price and request repayment of the value of the free product.

In the event of a full return of the order, the amount actually paid by the customer will be refunded.

§4. Final Provisions

The organizer reserves the right to end or modify the promotion at any time, respecting the rights already acquired by customers.

Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

For matters not regulated herein, the store’s Terms and Conditions and applicable Polish law shall apply.
