RETURNS

• Within 14 days of receiving the parcel, the Buyer has the right to return, should send the parcel to the address provided, along with the printed receipt, delivered by e-mail.
• To return the goods, please send the products to the following address:

• The Seller has the right to refuse to accept a return or exchange of goods that show any signs of use exceeding the basic familiarity with the product, such as staining, traces of makeup, mechanical damage, lack of original label attachment, any fragrances (perfumes, deodorants, washing agents, etc.) .
• The reimbursement is due to other economic entities that have received a VAT invoice for the purchase of goods, as long as the purchased products are not directly related to the conducted business activity.
• The seller will consider each return request within 14 days from the date of receipt of the return, however, the condition is to attach a purchase confirmation to the returned goods, or to provide an order number / invoice.
• The seller does not accept returns sent to the company with cash on delivery or to a collection point other than directly to the address provided.
• The method of packing and transporting the goods returned to the Seller should correspond to their properties (proper packaging and protection of the goods).
• The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods.
