REFUNDS

Use the return from Furgonetka -> READY LINK FOR RETURNS

  • Within 14 days of receiving the parcel, the Buyer has the right to return it and must return the parcel to the provided address along with a printed receipt delivered electronically.
  • To return the goods, please send the products to the following address:

  • The Seller has the right to refuse to accept the return or exchange of goods that show any signs of use beyond basic familiarization with the product, such as stains, traces of make-up, mechanical damage, lack of original tag attachment, any fragrances (perfumes, deodorants, washing agents, etc.).
  • The refund is available to other business entities that received a VAT invoice for the purchase of goods, unless the purchased products are directly related to their business activity.
  • The Seller will consider each return request within 14 days from the date of acceptance of the return, however, the condition is that the confirmation of purchase be attached to the returned goods, or provide the order/invoice number.
  • The Seller does not accept returns sent to the company on delivery or to a collection point other than directly to the provided address.
  • The method of packaging and transporting goods returned to the Seller should correspond to their properties (proper packaging and protection of the goods).
  • The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods.
  • Customized products are not subject to returns: e.g. made to the dimensions specified by the customer, changing the width of the belt, chains, etc., unless they are defective or inconsistent with the order.

     

  • If the parcel is returned to the seller due to:

    • incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
    • failure to collect the shipment within the specified period,
    • refusal to accept the shipment without prior contact with the seller,

    the seller is not responsible for shipping costs incurred.

    • In such a situation, the customer can:

      • pay the shipping cost again and order the parcel to be re-shipped to the correct address,
      • receive a refund of the value of the product, but original shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • If the carrier charges additional fees for returning the shipment, the seller has the right to deduct this amount from any refund to the customer.

    • If you wish to re-ship, the customer is obliged to provide correct data and pay for the new shipment within 7 days of notification of the return of the parcel.
