REVIEW OF MASKS FROM ALIEXPRESS / SHEIN / AGO

Recently, I tested cheap catwoman leather masks, which I ordered directly from China. The goal of the experiment was simple: to compare these mass-produced, inexpensive masks with products of my own production, which are made of natural leather and are of higher quality. In this entry, I will tell you about my observations, advantages and disadvantages of each type of mask, and I will also show you comparative photos: "what was supposed to come / photos from the store" vs. "what came in reality".

Pros and Cons of Masks from China

Pros:

• Price: Masks from China cannot be underestimated for their low price, which makes them an attractive choice for one-off occasions such as New Year's Eve parties.
• Eco-leather: Despite the lower price, the masks are made of eco-leather, which could be a plus for those looking for more sustainable options.

Cons:

• Unpredictability: It is not always known what exactly will come in the package - both in terms of model and material. Additionally, the same seller can sell you a different product twice on the same promotion - depending on which factory gave him the product last time.
• Risk of failure to meet expectations: Products often differ from those shown in the photos. Sellers (especially on Aliexpress) illegally use photos of European and American stores, presenting them as their own.
• Durability issue: Some masks may not be assembled properly, leading to them falling apart after the first use or when trying them on. 
• Complaints: The complaint process can be long and complicated, sometimes taking up to three months. But sometimes only a few days - Lottery :)

Pros and Cons of Masks from My Production

Pros:

• Quality and durability: My masks are made of natural leather, which guarantees their high durability.
• Precision of workmanship: Each product is carefully made and looks aesthetically pleasing on the face.
• Warranty: I offer a two-year warranty on each mask, which is a testament to their durability.
• Fast shipping: The product is shipped within 24 hours of order.

Cons:

• Higher price: High quality goes hand in hand with a higher price, which may be a barrier for some customers.

Summary

Although cheap masks from China may seem an attractive option for quick and occasional use, the difference in quality is significant compared to the masks I produce. The choice between them should be dictated not only by price, but also by expectations regarding the durability and aesthetics of the product. My masks, although more expensive, offer quality and durability that translate into satisfaction and comfort of use in the long run.

However, I do not deny that you can come across the so-called a gem :)
