1. How long does it take to complete an order?
We process all orders within 24 hours of receiving payment. Made-to-order items or custom sizes may require additional production time (usually 1-2 additional days).
2. Can I return a product if it doesn't suit me?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving the shipment, provided that the product has not been used and has the original tag. Detailed information can be found in our returns policy [link].
3. Does the store do dropshipping?
No, our store does not do dropshipping. All products are handmade and shipped from Poland. We ensure the highest quality and care in the execution of each order.
4. Do you ship abroad?
Yes, we ship our products to selected countries in Europe, America, Australia and Oceania and Asia. The shipping cost depends on the destination country.
5. Can I order a special order product?

8. How to care for products from the store?
Leather products and jewelry should be stored in a dry place and cleaned with delicate products intended for their care. Detailed instructions can be found at this line: [link coming soon]
9. Can I change the delivery address after placing the order?
If you want to change the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at the e-mail address: [kontakt@selfish.com.pl]. It is possible to change the address until the order has been shipped.
10. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your shipment number and tracking link.
11. How are the products packaged?
Each product is carefully packed in a black organza bag. It is also possible to purchase an elegant gift box for jewelry [link]. We send parcels anonymously in a cardboard box, gray foil wrap or bubble envelope to maintain discretion.
12. What materials do you use to produce leather accessories?
- Natural leather: Softer/thinner for chokers and thicker/harder for harnesses.

Eco-leather: Red – eco-leather tape/trim; black – matte imitation eco-leather with leather texture.
13. What are the warranty conditions for the products?
Our products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
14. Is it possible to repair the products?
Yes, we offer repairs on our products. If the chains break, repair is available for a symbolic fee of PLN 10 (+ the customer covers the cost of shipping both ways). Other repairs, such as leather damage and replacement of chains, are priced individually. Just contact us to discuss the details
